Q: Why should we choose drumming teambuilding activities?
A: Making music through ensemble percussion is the most direct and effective way to energise a group of people, and help them to work together towards a common goal.

A: Our teambuilding activities are offered as an enhancement to your business’s event, and overall training and development objectives. Together with you we can create a programme of acvities to suit your business’s needs and your values, brand and culture, and fully integrated them into our sessions.
Q: What are the benefits your teambuilding activities offer our staff/employees?
A: Our activities help with team development, motivation & listening skills. Creativity is encouraged and stress levels are reduced.
Q: Do participants need prior music/drumming experience?
A: No prior music/drumming experience is required in order to benefit from our teambuilding activities
Q: Some of our employees, especially those with no music experience, will be nervous of having to play an instrument in public.
How can they be reassured?
A: We create a safe, supportive learning environment where people, regardless of experience, can develop their skills, increase their confidence, and most importantly, have fun.
Q: Is there a limit on group size for the sessions?
A: No, we’ve had workshops with as few as 10 people and as many as several hundred.
Q: When was Drumswork formed?
A: Drumswork was formed in 2005 to provide teambuilding activities to the corporate sector. It is an arm of One Voice Music, an organisation established in 1996 to provide learning opportunities in Brazilian and Cuban drumming, and is now recognised as one of the main providers of percussion education & training in the UK.
