Please note that the costs of all our workshops & modular courses are based from the start date & time to the end date & time and don’t run on an opt-in / opt-out basis. Students that miss some sessions are still liable for the whole fee.

If you cancel your booking, the cancellation terms listed below will apply;
Cancellations of tickets sold individually will incur a retention of the non-refundable deposit part of the course fee plus a £15 administration fee per person, plus the additional charges listed below:

* Within 28 days of start date = retention of the non-refundable deposit, 10% of the balance due & £15 admin fee
* Within 21 days of start date = retention of the non-refundable deposit, 25% of the balance due & £15 admin fee
* Within 14 days of start date = retention of the non-refundable deposit, 75% of the balance due & £15 admin fee
* Within 7 days of start date = retention of the non-refundable deposit, 100% of the balance due & £15 admin fee

TRANSFERS
If you cannot attend a course, it may be possible for you to offer your place to a friend/another student.

REFUNDS
In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled by OVM a full refund will be given.
No liability is accepted for additional costs (such as travel costs) incurred by the student.

LIABILITY
Every participant is responsible for looking after his or her safety and property.
OVM tutors and all venues OVM use have appropriate liability insurances in place.
Vehicles are parked in the venue car parks at your own risk; please don’t leave valuables in your vehicle.
